ขยี้กามป.4 ผงะเจ้าตัวรับล่อลวงเด็กสาวข่มขืนแล้ว 16 ราย
เมื่อวันนี้ 14 ต.ค. พ.ต.อ.พลัฎฐ์ วิเศษสิงห์ ผกก.สภ.กระทุ่มแบน จ.สมุทรสาคร พ.ต.ท.อัฎธพร วงศ์ศิริปรีดา รอง ผกก.ป. ร่วมแถลงข่าวจับกุม นายอเนก หรือเอก โตมอญ อายุ 28 ปี ผู้ต้องหาตามหมายจับในข้อหาพยายามข่มขืนกระทำชำเราเด็กหญิงอายุไม่เกิน 13 ปี ซึ่งมิใช่ภรรยาตนโดยเด็กนั้นจะยินยอมหรือไม่ และพาไปเพื่อกระทำการอนาจาร โดยใช้อุบายล่อลวง พรากเด็กอายุยังไม่เกิน 15 ปี ไปเสียจากบิดา เพื่อการอนาจาร ทำร้ายร่างกายผู้อื่นโดยไม่ถึงกับเป็นอันตรายแก่กายหรือจิตใจ โดยพ.ต.อ.พลัฎฐ์ เปิดเผยว่า เนื่องจากเมื่อวันที่ 29 พ.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ผู้ต้องหาได้ก่อเหตุ ล่อลวงเด็ก นักเรียนชั้น ป.4 โรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่งใน อ.กระทุ่มแบน ไปข่มขืนจนสำเร็จความใคร่ ในบริเวณ รพ.แห่งหนึ่ง แล้วใช้แป๊บตีผู้เสียหาย พร้อมข่มขู่ไม่ให้นำเรื่องไปบอกใคร แต่เด็กหญิงบี ได้นำเรื่องไปเล่าให้ผู้ปกครองฟัง และเข้าแจ้งความกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ก่อนเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสืบสวนจะติดตามจับกุมผู้ต้องหาในบ้านพักพนักงานในรพ.ที่เกิดเหตุเมื่อวันที่ 12 ต.ค.ที่ผ่านมา
สอบสวนเบื้องต้น ผู้ต้องหารับสารภาพว่า วันเกิดเหตุเกิดอารมณ์ทางเพศอย่างรุนแรงและได้พบ ด.ญ.บี (นามสมมุติ) เดินอยู่ จึงทำทีเดินเข้าไปพูดคุยและหลอกล่อพาขึ้นลิฟต์ไปยังห้องเก็บอุปกรณ์ของรพ. จากนั้นจึงลงมือพยายามข่มขืนแต่ไม่สำเร็จ จึงใช้วิธีสำเร็จความใคร่ข้างนอก เมื่อเสร็จกิจแล้วก็ขู่บังคับเด็กห้ามไปบอกใคร ไม่อย่างนั้นจะตามเอามีดแทงให้ตาย โดยก่อนหน้านี้ตนเคยก่อเหตุลักษณะนี้กับเหยื่ออายุระหว่าง 7-12 ปีมาแล้วถึง 16 ราย และถูกจับกุมได้เมื่อปี52 ในข้อหาพยายามข่มขืนกระทำชำเราเด็ก ถูกตัดจำคุก 2 ปี 8 เดือน พอพ้นโทษออกมาก็ก่อคดีซ้ำ แล้วหลบหนีไปอยู่กับเพื่อนที่ต่างจังหวัด พอเรื่องเงียบก็เดินทางกลับมากบดานกับญาติอีกครั้ง ก่อนถูกจับกุมได้ เจ้าหน้าที่จึงควบคุมผู้ต้องหาส่ง พนักงานสอบสวนสภ.กระทุ่มแบน ดำเนินคดีต่อไป.

An ex-inmate is accused of assaulting 16 children in places that are 'safe'

Eight small girls at Krathum Baen hospital in Samut Sakhon were attacked by a man, in a public place which their parents perceived as safe.
A police investigation into the case of one victim, a 10-year-old girl, led them to uncover similar crimes against seven more youngsters, all of which occurred at the hospital.
Another eight offences were uncovered at a local temple.
Krathum Baen police began a search for a suspected rapist after the mother of the victim filed a complaint.
She said her daughter, a Prathom 4 student, was fooled by a man into following him to the sixth floor of Krathum Baen hospital where he assaulted and tried to rape her.
The girl had accompanied her mother to the hospital on May 30. The mother allowed her daughter to go out to buy a snack in front of the hospital.
"The man greeted her, asking the girl to help him take an item to a nurse," said Krathum Baen police superintendent Phalat Wisetsing.
The sixth floor serves as a storehouse. It is quiet and rarely visited by people.
"He ordered the girl not to tell her parents, or she would be killed," Pol Col Phalat said.
The investigation made little progress at first. Police obtained few clues from the victim's accounts because she was so young.
They examined footage from security cameras at the hospital. Pol Col Phalat also told his team to look out for odd-looking types, or witnesses who might have noticed something unusual.
Investigators obtained a key piece of information from a nurse. She told them about a man who frequently visits the hospital and had tried to hold her hand.
"We asked her to examine the camera footage. It took time, but she eventually pointed out a man who had allegedly harassed her," Pol Col Phalat said.
The girl confirmed it was the same man who assaulted her.
Police believed he was still in Krathum Baen district, and obtained an arrest warrant from the Samut Sakhon provincial court. They distributed his photo in public.
On Oct 13, a nurse contacted them to say the man was visiting the hospital. Police arrived in time to arrest him.
He was identified as Anek Tomon, 28, a former inmate.
Anek, who has served two years and eight months for sexual assault-related charges, allegedly admitted assaulting 16 girls, aged between 7 and 12.
He assaulted eight of them at Krathum Baen hospital, and the rest at the children's development centre at Wat Ngon Kai in Krathum Baen district.
He allegedly lured the girls with snacks, or simply asked them to help him carry his belongings.
"I asked him why he targetted kids," Pol Col Phalat said. "He replied that he dared not assault teen girls because they can resist and fight back. Small girls fear him and are afraid to tell their parents."
Officers charged him with attempting to rape girls aged under 13, and separating them from their parents for the purpose of committing sexual assaults. If convicted, he could be jailed for 20 years.
The case is a good lesson for parents, Pol Col Phalat said. Even public places may not be safe, and parents cannot be too careful.
"Crimes can occur anywhere," he said.
